The October club meeting will be conducted via Zoom. The logon details for the meeting will be sent via email, and on the (private) club email reflector. We will also send the login upon request.
The last meeting we had was in March, since COVID-19 closed everything down afterwards. Our normal meeting location (Medford PD) has closed to all community activities for the time being.
Right now the club does not have a confirmed program. Please consider presenting a short report on any projects you have been working on, contests you’ve entered, DXing and other activities, and any Zoom Ham Conferences you’ve attended, etc.

RVARC Meeting Minutes October 1, 2020
The October meeting was held remotely over Zoom since no public meeting places were available due to the COVID-19 shutdown.
The Zoom meeting was initiated around 7pm, with about six attendees overall.
Treasurer Mike Bach reported a bank balance of $5090.63. The club insurance had been paid, and there were no Field Day expenses this year.
Mention was made of the upcoming election of club officers. All who would consider serving are invited to volunteer to run at next month’s meeting.
Also, because of the substantial interference of club activities due to the virus, the idea of extending current club membership for an additional year was proposed. Those in attendance agreed, and it will be brought up at the next meeting.
Mike Bach, WB6FFC announced that he was due to retire from Kathrein Broadcast USA late in October, and his work email will disappear afterwards. His personal email will be available in its place. Mike’s email is on the masthead (page 1) of this newsletter (since he is treasurer).
Meeting was adjourned around 8:30pm.
